Hello, I am an artist based in south London-, I live in a house share with one other person who works full-time just a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station. I am going to Berlin from the 9th-14 of June and am looking for a person who would want to swap their house with me, for this time period.

The house is a spacious loft style apartment, with 2 double rooms, one of which you will occupy. The room itself is a medium size double room with a double bed, and beautiful victorian styled windows. The house is located within a gated residency and has a beautiful garden, fish pond and bbq space, and is a quiet oasis just 10 minutes from the heart of Brixton.

My housemate works fulltime and is gone majority of the day, and also works freelance within music so he is aware and respectful of artists and space he comes home to mainly to cook and relax, so you would have the space to yourself for the large part.
